Request For Reservation Dates and General Questions

For general questions, we encourage you to visit our FAQ page to find the answers to our most commonly asked questions. If we do not address your question in our FAQ’s, please fill out the “Ask A Question” Form.

Requesting Reservations: Your submission request for reservation dates does not guarantee your booking. You will be contacted by us to obtain additional information to secure your reservation dates.

There is a $50.00 booking fee per room that is due at the time of making a reservation as well as the full amount of the nightly rate of the entire stay. The 19% taxes will be due upon arrival at the resort. Cancellations must be made no more than 24 hours after booking to receive a full refund. All other cancellations may be credited to future stays at Hacienda Cerritos. A $50.00 rescheduling fee will be charged for changing reservations per request after booking is complete.
