Requesting Reservations: Your request for reservation dates does not guarantee your booking. You will be contacted by us to obtain additional information to secure your reservation dates. Or you may Contact Us directly.
(Reservation requests and general inquiries will be answered within 24 hours).
Please be prepared to provide your credit card information when we call. We retain a 50% deposit on all reservation confirmations. Rooms without deposits will not be held.
Because of the high volume of requests for reservation we frequently are sold out. CANCELLATION POLICY (Renting the Entire Hotel, total of 10 rooms)
Cancellation must be notified to hacienda Cerritos email address in writing only.
(Renting the Entire Hotel, total of 10 rooms):
Guests need to cancel within 7 days of booking their reservation and receive full cash or credit refund minus 5% bank fee.
All other cancellations will be credited for future stays at the Hacienda Cerritos or Cerritos Surf Colony.
